2. What you receive
You receive personal, unlimited online access to the digital 28-day program (daily protocols, phase guides, shopping list, dietary plan, calendar and progress tracking) via a passwordless email sign-in link. The cleanse may be repeated up to four times a year.
3. Price and payment
The price is EUR 49 one-time, including any applicable VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed.
4. Right of withdrawal for digital content
As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Austrian FAGG). Because this is digital content supplied immediately, that right lapses if, before delivery begins, you expressly consent and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 18(1)(11) FAGG). We collect and record this acknowledgement during checkout.
Without that consent, delivery only starts after the 14-day period has passed.
5. Licence
- Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing your login or the materials is not permitted. Only one active session is allowed at a time.
- Content may be used for your own, non-commercial purposes.
- Reproduction, resale or publication requires our written consent.
6. Health disclaimer
The program is educational and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have gallstones or any medical condition. No healing outcomes are promised.
7. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability for property and financial loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Governing law and venue
Austrian law applies. For consumers, the mandatory protections of their country of residence remain unaffected. Venue for business customers: Linz, Austria.
